Quick Mexican Penne

Ingredients:

• 1 pack IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE
• 1 jar LA COSTEÑA DIP SALSA
• 2 cups Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup Sour cream
• 2 tbsp Olive oil or vegetable oil
• ¼ cup Green onions, sliced thinly
• ¼ cup Black olives
• ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
• ½ cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
• Salt and pepper (as needed)

Procedure:

1. ook IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. Heat LA COSTEÑA DIP SALSA in a large saucepan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
3. Add the pasta, cheese, sour cream, and oil. Toss well.
4. Garnish with sliced green onions, sliced olives, chopped cilantro, and shredded iceberg lettuce.
