- 1 pack IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE
- 1 jar LA COSTEÑA DIP SALSA
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Green onions, sliced thinly
- ¼ cup Black olives
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Salt and pepper (as needed)
- ook IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Heat LA COSTEÑA DIP SALSA in a large saucepan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
- Add the pasta, cheese, sour cream, and oil. Toss well.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, sliced olives, chopped cilantro, and shredded iceberg lettuce.
