- 1 pack EASY POP GOURMET POPCORN
- 400 grams Sugar
- 200 ml Glucose
- 200 grams Walnuts
- 150 grams Hazelnuts
- 150 grams Cashew nuts
- 120 grams Raisins
- 120 grams Apricot
- 200 ml Cream
- In a pan, mix sugar, glucose and butter. Cook to caramelize.
- In a baking pan, mix evenly the popcorn, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashew, raisins and apricot.
- Pour in caramelized mixture and let set for a few minutes.
- Cut into desired sizes and serve.
