- 1 pack IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 pcs Eggplant, medium, peeled and fry
- 1 can Tuna (in vegetable oil or hot and spicy)
- 2 stalks Spring onion
- 2 pcs Red bell pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- Cook the IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE according to package instructions.
- Peel the eggplant and cut into four and then fry. Set aside.
- Mix oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
- Sauté the garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, spring onions, tuna, and eggplant.
- Add the mixture and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into cooked pasta and toss.
- Serve hot.
