Ingredients:

  • 1 pack IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 pcs Eggplant, medium, peeled and fry
  • 1 can Tuna (in vegetable oil or hot and spicy)
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 2 pcs Red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger

Procedure:

  1. Cook the IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE according to package instructions.
  2. Peel the eggplant and cut into four and then fry. Set aside.
  3. Mix oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, spring onions, tuna, and eggplant.
  5. Add the mixture and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour into cooked pasta and toss.
  7. Serve hot.
