Ingredients:
FOR PASTA CALDA PEPE
- 400 grams IDEAL GOURMET PENNE MACARONI
- 150 grams LA COSTEÑA SALSA
- 150 grams Tomatoes (concasse)
- 100 grams Onions (minced)
- 60 grams Cilantro (minced)
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 2 pcs Lemon
- 100 grams Bacon
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
FOR PASTA CALDA PEPE
- Cook IDEAL GOURMET PENNE MACARONI according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix LA COSTEÑA SALSA , tomatoes, onions, cilantro, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss all together until evenly mixed.
- In the same bowl, put in IDEAL GOURMET PENNE MACARONI and toss again.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon bits.
- Plate in a salad dish and serve.
