- 1/2 cup AUSTRALIA HARVEST ROLLED OATS
- 4 cups Coconut milk
- 2 pcs Pandan leaves
- 1 cup Whole corn kernel
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 250 grams Ube, cut into cubes (optional)
- 150 grams Langka (optional)
- In a cooking pot, boil the coconut milk with the pandan leaves.
- Add the AUSTRALIA HARVEST ROLLED OATS in boiling coconut milk with continuous stirring to prevent the oats from sticking for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the sugar, corn and langka strips and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the pandan leaves.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and put the ube cubes, serve.
