Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup EASYCOOK LENTILS
- 1 pack Nachos
- Grated cheese
- La Costeña Dip Salsa
Procedure:
- Soaked EasyCook Lentils in water for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon Easycook Lentils and place on top of nachos. Add grated cheese and La Costeña Salsa.
- Serve crunchy and hot.
