- 400 grams IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE
- 60 grams Parmesan Cheese (block)
- 60 grams Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 80 grams Curry powder
- 220 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 pieces Lemon
- 50 grams Cilantro, minced
- Cheese dip (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- In a sauce pan, pre-heat oil, add in IDEAL GOURMET PENNE RIGATE until cooked and crispy.
- Drain in a colander, put in crispy penne and the oil drip. Add the dry ingredients and toss until well mixed.
- Put in a plate and finish with lemon juice evenly.
