Ingredients:
- 450 grams IDEAL GOURMET LINGUINE
- 100 grams Prawns
Sambal Sauce:
- 40 grams of Shrimp paste
- 15 grams Siling labuyo
- 50 grams Tomato
- 60 grams Lemon grass
- 50 grams Ginger
- 50 grams Galanggal
- 30 grams of Korean chili powder
- 40 grams Tomato paste
- 60 ml Tamarind paste (seedless)
- 20 grams Cilantro (wansuy)
- 50 grams of Dried shrimp (hibe)
- 50 grams Sugar
Procedure:
- Boil IDEAL GOURMET LINGUINE pasta until al dente.
- In a separate pan, sauté sambal sauce and shrimp together until cooked.
- Throw in pasta into the sauce and toss until cooked and serve.
