- 1/2 cup EASYCOOK LENTILS
- 1 pack Cream of Mushroom (powder)
- 3-4 cups Water
- Soaked Easycook Lentils in water for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside lentils broth.
- Dissolve cream of mushroom powder in 4 cups of lentils broth. Bring to a boil until cooked.
- Serve cream of mushroom soup and top with Easycook Lentils.
- Serve hot.
