Lentils Soup

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup EASYCOOK LENTILS
• 1 pack Cream of Mushroom (powder)
• 3-4 cups Water

Procedure:

1. Soaked Easycook Lentils in water for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside lentils broth.
2. Dissolve cream of mushroom powder in 4 cups of lentils broth. Bring to a boil until cooked.
3. Serve cream of mushroom soup and top with Easycook Lentils.
4. Serve hot.
