- 2 cups AUSTRALIA HARVEST OATBRAN
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup SUNSHINE DESICCATED COCONUT
- 3 pcs ripe mango, whole and cut into slices
- 1 cup Sugar
- Boil AUSTRALIA HARVEST OAT BRAN in milk until soft and cooked. Reduced.
- Add coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Reduce until thick in consistency then remove from heat and set aside on a baking dish to cool.
- Roast IDEAL DESICCATED COCONUT in a non-stick pan until brown.
- Sprinkle roasted desiccated coconut on top of the oat mixture. Serve with sliced mangos on top.
