- 400 grams IDEAL GOURMET FUSILLI
- 250 grams Garlic Italian sausages (sliced)
- 70 grams Garlic
- 120 ml White wine
- 240 ml Chicken stock
- 240 grams Tomato pesto
- 2 pieces Fresh tomato wedges
- 2 pieces Lemon
- 50 grams Cilantro
- 30 grams Basil
- 60 grams Parmesan cheese
- 150 grams Chicken (grilled)
- Salt and pepper
- Cook IDEAL GOURMET FUSILLI according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, sauté Garlic Italian Sausage until cooked. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, sauté garlic. Add white wine.
- Pour chicken stock.
- Put in Ideal Gourmet Fusilli, followed by tomato pesto. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add Garlic Italian Sausage and tomato wedges, and then drizzle with lemon juice. Toss well.
- Sprinkle with minced cilantro, basil and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve with grilled chicken on top.
