Ideal Macaroni & Spaghetti Factory Inc. was established in the mid-1940’s, starting its operations as a small family enterprise. The company was then engaged in coffee roasting, chocolate production, spices trading and was also producing pasta under the Victory brand. After acquiring the manufacturing facilities from an outgoing Spanish immigrant, the company adopted the brand name “IDEAL”.
Pasta was then packed in big kraft paper wraps and sold only in the traditional market. Back then, it took more than 24 hours to produce a finished product.
Pasta now can be produced and packaged within a short period of 4 hours—thanks to continuing upgrades of our production facilities and manufacturing technology, and the relentless devotion of pasta making excellence.
Today, Ideal Macaroni & Spaghetti Factory Inc., is considered one of the leading pasta brands in the retail, wholesale and food service industry in the Philippines, catering to well known outlets like the following:
