1/2 cup EASYCOOK YELLOW SPLIT PEAS , soaked in water for 30 minutes, boiled and drained
1/2 cup EASYCOOK GREEN SPLIT PEAS , soaked in water for 30 minutes, boiled and drained
1 piece White onion, chopped
1 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 kilo Chicken breast, deboned, minced
1 pack Cream of chicken
1 cup All purpose cream
2 1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Dried parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper
Cook IDEAL GOURMET TWIST MACARONI according to package directions.
Sauté onion in butter and extra virgin olive oil, add in minced chicken. Cook until meat turns white in color.
Add Easycook green and yellow split peas and purpose cream, then season. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Dissolve the powder cream of chicken to 5 cups of water in a bowl then mix until the powder dissolves with the water.
Pour it into the simmered chicken mixture. Simmer again for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the cooked Ideal Gourmet Twist Macaroni in a plate, pour in half of the cooked split peas chicken cream over and mix it thoroughly, then add the remaining mixture on top and garnish it with grated cheese and dried parsley.
