MEDITERRANEAN TWIST SALAD
IDEAL GOURMET TWIST MACARONI
3 cloves Blanched garlic clove (pureed)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
4 pieces Cooked artichoke hearts (quartered)
12 slices Italian salami (in julienne)
6 tbsp Olive oil
3 oz Mozzarella cheese (diced)
2 grams Basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix the pureed garlic, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, artichokes and salami.
Add the olive oil little by little. Whisk.
Season to taste.
Add in the cooked Ideal Gourmet Twist Macaroni.
Arrange in plate. Garnish with mozzarella cheese and basil leaves.
