BACON-HUGGED FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS
Ingredients: 

Procedure: 
  1. Skin chicken and cut meat into thick strips, set aside in deep plate.
  2. Mix oil, lime juice, garlic and herbs together. Pour over chicken mix and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  3. Then roll bacon into the chicken strips.
  4. Placed seasoned flour in to ziplock bag. Add chicken strips with bacon and shake until coated.
  5. Deep chicken with bacon in beaten eggs.
  6. Then coat with AUSTRALIA HARVEST OAT BRAN .
  7. Deep fry in hot peanut oil until golden brown about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towel.

Serves 4-5 persons
