BACON-HUGGED FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS
AUSTRALIA HARVEST OATBRAN
2 whole Boneless chicken breast
45 ml Olive oil
45 ml Lime juice
2 cloves Garlic, peeled, crushed and chopped
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1 1/2 cup Seasoned flour
1 pack Bacon
3 pcs Large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder (for season flour)
Peanut oil for deep frying
Skin chicken and cut meat into thick strips, set aside in deep plate.
Mix oil, lime juice, garlic and herbs together. Pour over chicken mix and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Then roll bacon into the chicken strips.
Placed seasoned flour in to ziplock bag. Add chicken strips with bacon and shake until coated.
Deep chicken with bacon in beaten eggs.
Then coat with
AUSTRALIA HARVEST OAT BRAN
Deep fry in hot peanut oil until golden brown about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
Serves 4-5 persons
