NUTS AND ROLL CHOCO OOMPH
Ingredients: 

Procedure: 
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F or 180° C; grease a shallow square cake tin.
  2. Mix the AUSTRALIA HARVEST ROLLED OATS , walnuts and flour in a large bowl.
  3. Place the butter, sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan and heat gently until sugar has dissolved. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Turn the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Using a knife, mark into 12 triangles and leave to cool in the tin. Cut the triangles with a sharp knife before carefully removing them from the baking pan.

Serves 24 pieces
