CHEWY OAT BRAN COOKIE STRIPS
Ingredients: 

Procedure: 
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375° F
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, brown and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until fluffy, but do not over mix it.
  4. Add in the raisins and chill for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually beat into the butter/sugar mixture. Stir in AUSTRALIA HARVEST OAT BRAN and pistachio.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the cookies to wire rack to cool.
  9. Serve with a dip of your choice.
