1. Cook IDEAL GOURMET SPAGHETTI according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile heat half the amount of cooking oil in a wok. Season beef with salt and pepper then stir fry in hot oil. Strain then set aside on a plate.
  3. In the same wok, add remaining oil then stir fry the leeks, onions, mushrooms and beef. Add carrots, bell peppers and cabbage. Stir fry then cover for about 1 minute.
  4. Mix brown sugar with rice wine. Pour into vegetables. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Drain pasta from boiling water then immediately transfer into the vegetables and beef. Add annatto oil and stir.
  6. Serve immediately.
