Nacho Bites with Lentils and Salsa
Ingredients: 

Procedure: 
  1. Soaked Easycook Lentils in water for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Scoop 1 teaspoon Easycook Lentils and place on top of nachos. Add grated cheese and La Costeña Salsa.
  3. Serve crunchy and hot.
