BELL PEPPERED CARBONARA WITH MUSHROOM
Ingredients:

Procedure:
  1. Cook IDEAL GOURMET LINGUINE according to package directions.
  2. Dice the bacon and place in a medium sauce pan. Fry in its own fat.
  3. Keep warm until needed.
  4. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic.
  5. Add red, green, yellow bell pepper, all purpose cream, cream of mushroom and button mushroom. Simmer until slightly thick.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  7. Toss pasta and finish it with fresh egg and parmesan cheese.
  8. Plate and garnish with crispy bacon.
