PENNE WITH TUNA AND EGGPLANT
Ingredients:

Procedure:
  1. Cook the IDEAL GOURMET PENNE MACARONI according to package instructions.
  2. Peel the eggplant and cut into four and then fry. Set aside.
  3. Mix oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, spring onions, tuna and eggplant.
  5. Add the mixture and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour into cooked pasta and toss.
  7. Serve hot.
