PEA AND PESTO SOUP
Ingredients:

Procedure:
  1. Cook IDEAL GOURMET TWIST MACARONI according to package instructions.
  2. Combine peas, broth and water in a large saucepan; bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 35-45 minutes, or until peas are very soft.
  4. Stir in pesto, zucchini, chicken and scallions and simmer for 5-10 minutes longer.
  5. Serve with croutons and parmesan cheese to sprinkle over soup.
