PAELLA LINGUINE
 
Ingredients:
250g           IDEAL GOURMENT LINGUINE
30g             Paella flavour mix
3/4 cup       Tomato sauce
1 cup          Mixed seafood blanched
                    (tahong in half shells, halaan in half shells, shrimps)
1/4 cup       Chorizo balibao (sliced)
1/4               Olives
2 tbsp          Olive oil
1/4 cup        Bell pepper (for garnish)
                     Kasubha (for garnish)
 
Procedure:
1. Cook Ideal Gourment Linguine according to package directions.
2. Saute bell peppers and chorizo in olive oil until bell peppers are cooked.
3. Add tomato sauce and paella flavor and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Mix in seafood and linguine.
5. Top with cheese and Kasubha
 
Serves 4.
