REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (For VISMIN and for GMA)

Responsibilities
  • Formulation of annual sales projections and sales budget for the entire VISMIN group or GMA    group.  Cascade these to the team, and manage for the optimum performance of the entire team towards hitting set objectives.
  • Achievement of sales volume as well as distribution targets, ensuring the organic growth of existing business while also driving for the development of new accounts or distributors/national key accounts.
  • Delivering profitability targets by ensuring the cost-effectiveness of his team's sales activities and programs.
  • Developing sales targets for the group by designing sound account management policies, sales force incentive programs, strategic sales plans, and effective methods of monitoring and control.
  • Submission to Top Management of sales performance monitoring reports that document the plan, periodic evaluation results and recommendations for plan calibrations or best practices adoption.
  • Selecting, training, motivating and leading the sales force towards the full realization of group objectives, as well as of the individual potentials of each team members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any business related course
  • With at least 5 years work experience in the same capacity from an FMCG company
  • With excellent negotiation, communication (both verbal and written) & inter-personal skills
  • Must be computer literate (MS Word and Excel) & proficient in doing business correspondence
  • Proactive, assertive, result-oriented, self-motivated and with strong leadership skills
  • Honest, Trustworthy and possesses a character of unquestionable Integrity
  • Disciplined, Dedicated, and Committed
  • Resident of Visayas/Mindanao for VISMIN and Metro Manila for GMA

MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in planning, implementing and overseeing all facets of merchandising in FMCG is an advantage.
  • Team player and must have the ability to conceptualize and implement attainable strategies.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills and highly analytical.
  • With high level of interpersonal and people management.
  • Articulate in both written and spoken language.

MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for formulating overall directions and strategies for the company’s entire product portfolio.
  • Formulates and manages the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation towards programs and activities.
  • Trend-spots for new products, new markets, new technologies and new processes which will complement the company’s core business goals and competence.  Leads the Marketing team in translating such opportunities into new business (whether new product, new usage or new market)  and rallies Management support for such
  • Manages the implementation of the Marketing Plan.
  • Together with Top Management, drafts the Annual Sales Target per product line
  • Manages the marketing mix---product placement, pricing, promotions, towards the    development , efficient execution and timely calibration of the Annual Marketing Plan
  • Effectively and regularly coordinates with the Sales Department and Sales Support departments to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, competencies and timelines
